Greetings, BiggerPockets community! I'm Tom, based in central Jersey, and the past 4 years have been on an exciting real estate adventure. Currently managing 60 units within a small area an hour from my house my partner and I are eager to expand into larger properties, ideally 20-30 units.

We're considering Bridgeport, CT, but would love your insights into the area, especially regarding the rental market and safety. Rents seem to range from $1400-$1700.

Open to other suggestions, we're actively seeking areas 1-2 hours from New Jersey for potential expansion. Your recommendations and insights into promising locations for larger property investments would be invaluable. Thanks for your input!
