Brand new to real estate investing, looking forward to the journey!

Hi everyone! I'm excited to take the first steps in my new journey towards financial stability in real estate investing. I've been blessed to have a steady career and supportive family around me, but I always felt this sort of entrepreneurial void in my life. I joined BiggerPockets back in 2019 but I wasn't in the right mindset to focus on the opportunity in real estate at the time. After starting a family and feeling constrained by the typical 9-5 lifestyle, I'm ready to take on a new challenge that puts me in control of my future for myself and my family. I know it's going to be a grind and there's lots to learn and experience, but I'm ready to get started! I appreciate any and all advice, references, knowledge and insights on where to start. I'm attending the webinar 'How a Newbie Can Start Building Wealth Through Real Estate' tomorrow hosted by David Greene. Hopefully I walk away empowered and more knowledgeable about the early stages of real estate investing. Wish me luck!
