Introduction to the long term investment world

Matthew Villalon
Posted

Good afternoon everybody,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a newbie looking to get into the world of multi family rentals on Long Island NY. I've read a few books on investment properties, and just looking for more guidance. Ideally I'd like to break in the market using the house hack technique while also using an FHA 203K loan, then scale up from there. I plan on doing a lot more research on these forums to start my investment journey and I'm eager to learn from all of you.

All the best
