So, I'm finally heeding Brandon and Josh's advice via the podcast to join in. I have been lightly learning about real estate for a few years now (not sure how I didn't come across BP before). Over the past few months, I have been putting a good dent into the podcasts. I really enjoy and appreciate the time the guys put into the shows, thank you!

I'm still unsure what my strategy is going to be, but I do know my overall investment strategy will one day involve real-estate, so I'm here to learn as much as possible.

I'm also excited to see where my marketing, branding and web design skills can be married to the business/finance skills to be applied leveraged in real estate deals. Looking forward to it...

If you haven't yet, go to local REIAs. Get place to get a "pulse" on the local market and bounce ideas off guys out there doing and living it everyday!!
