Interested in connecting with real estate professionals and investors in my area

I'd like to get back into real estate investing. I started house hacking(before I knew what house hacking was) in 2006 and I had a few properties by 2019 when I foolishly sold all of my investments. I moved out of state and they became hard to self manage. I recently started listening to the bigger pockets podcast, reading real estate books and I just passed my real estate salesperson exam(currently looking for a broker to hold my license). I have always had a good 9-5, AKA down payment generator ;-), I was very comfortable managing the properties I had when they were local and the extra semi-passive income was amazing. Sooooo wish I knew about a 1031 exchange in 2019.... Oh well. I'm looking forward to connecting and excited to be an active member of this community.
