Hello everybody,

My name is Mauricio and I am primarily looking for help as to how to invest more succesfully and manage properties while living outside of the US, as well as to learn more about real estate investment in general since I am only a begginer.

I have currently invested in the south of Florida, but managing the investments while abroad is difficult and can make the process take more time. I currently travel every month and a half or two months to check on the properties, but I would like more knowledge and strategies regarding on how to make more efficient investments.

Form what I have read on the site, this is a great community with a lot of info available. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
