New (ish) to Bigger Pockets and the Real Estate world
Hi BP Community,
I've been quietly lurking on the BP forums for some time now, and it finally feels like it's time to step into the conversation and engage with this incredible community of real estate enthusiasts - newbies and seasoned vets alike.
My wife and I, both entrenched in the corporate world, started on our real estate journey a few years back with our first house-hack. It's a strategy we're committed to, and as life allows, we move on to the next house-hack while renting out the previous. We love the buy-and-hold aspect of this strategy, as we strive to build wealth this way over the long-term. We also love being landlords/property managers, and put a great deal of effort into correcting the many mistakes of the landlords we've had over our years as renters to ensure our tenants love living in our properties. Given our experience, we decided to dip our toes into investment properties, which has led us down the paths of BRRRRs and long-term rentals, and we're learning and growing with each step. What captivates us the most is the truly transformative power of real estate, particularly in the lives of everyday people like us.
Recently, we realized how much we enjoyed working with others, and working to improve our lives and the lives of others, and decided to establish our own real estate investment company. Our vision is to assist individuals like us in accessing high-quality investment opportunities, chase our financial freedom dreams, and help others do the same. Connections, advice, mentorship, and tangible opportunities are all things we value immensely at this stage in our journey.
We are genuinely excited to be part of this community, eager to learn, share, and grow together. Looking forward to hearing from you all!
James
