Hi my name is Laura, my husband and I are just starting in this end of the real estate business. We have experience in property preservations and property inspections. We are looking to start out wholesaling houses. I have lots of questions like, do we need a business name? Do we have to like copywrite the name or get a business license? Where do we find the forms we need? Just things like that and we are willing to help anyone if we can. But we are really excited to get started but want to make sure I have everything in order so we can just concentrate on making this the best we can make it.
