Hello everyone! My name is luke I am a 29 year old father, husband, and flooring contractor. I am a completely new to real estate investing. We own our home, that is about the extent of my knowledge. I like to read about real estate investing and dream of owning enough multiple unit rentals that could take over my current income. I have frequented this site and read a dew articles. I decided it was time for me to get more serious and start networking.
I am very interested in help with lending options among many other things. We have a nice amount of equity in our home. Excited to start meeting people!
