W2 worker for about 10years and don't enjoy working for others.

What skiptracing website or platform should I use to start myself out?

Opinions on Door knocking and have any useful scripts your willing to share?

I am ready to not live in Poverty and get a job in Real Estate for myself. Anything you've got to educate me farther will be greatly appreciated!
