Hi every one. I'm Joseph. I'm a full - time accounting student in Portland. I have been studying real estate investing in my spare time for several years and my father and grand father have always owned a small handful of properties (in CA), so I've had some exposure to the gig. I've made the decision to get a college degree first. My first real estate goal after graduating is to buy a small multifamily, at least 4 units. 5 would be better, to avoid the "homeowner" lending environment. I also have plans of building a property management company in tangent with an accounting firm. Anyone out there investing in Portland or have a REIA in Portland? I'd love to connect with you and see how things are going in this market. Thanks!
