Hey!

My name is Dana. I am a part time nanny with a deep love for kids.. but an even deeper love for real estate. I have been falling in love with real estate my entire life and decided to take my passion and turn it into a career.

I do not have any professional experience in Real Estate.. However I have been looking for my own home for 6 months now and can not find one that would pass FHA standards, which led me to take real estate investing a LOT more seriously.

I am located in the great state of IL (the very north part of the state) I am looking to start investing hoping to hit 10 passive income properties in 5 years.

I currently am looking for someone who would like to be my mentor. I know I have a lot to learn and I also have a lot of questions also. I am a very hard working individual that loves to have a smile on her face!
