Beginning our journey and looking for areas to invest in Short term rentals.

Hello everyone, this is our first post. My wife and I, (Audrey and my name is Will), are beginning our Real Estate Investment Journey. We have no business investments yet but currently own our home in Pleasanton CA and building some solid equity. We're finally in a position to begin this journey and wish to retire from our jobs in a few years. Our plan is to invest in short term rentals, and learn more about managing from afar, BRRRR investing, and locating areas to concentrate on in regards to short term rentals. Where to begin? We're 48 years old, and excited to retire early and give back.
