Hi BP Community,

I reside in the Columbus, OH area am a Cleveland native looking to invest there. I have been interested in renting for a long time and am committed to closing on my first multifamily brrrr by EOY. 

Currently, I am in the process of establishing a team for my first deal. My goal is close 2024 with a portfolio of three multifamilies and enter into 2025 with serious confidence and momentum.
