New member, new investor, just beginning our journey

Hello, i am somewhat new to real estate investing. I work full time and do most my own work on my property on my time off.

I had owned a few mobile homes with land when i was younger, lived in them, rented them out, and rented rooms in the primary mobile i lived in at that time. 

Now, i own my own home and am preparing an in-law quarters to air bnb on that property.

We have also just recently purchased a small cabin property in Ruidoso NM that we are freshening up to use for vacationing and short term rentals. The cabin is my primary focus at the moment. I want to have it ready in the next few months to be able to rent out. I have really been enjoying doing all the repairs myself and cant wait to finish, rent it out, and start getting ready for our next purchase.

I hope to find some like minded people to connect with here. Hopefully some local people to touch base with from time and exchange ideas. Look forward to chatting with you guys and gals.
