Introducing .....a new member

Good day all, I am new to investing and came across the BiggerPockets website. I want to introduce myself to the community and begin to learn everything I can to begin in the business of investing. I am a former Mortgage Loan Officer who is currently employed as a supervisor in logistics working for a hospital chain in the Hampton Roads area of VA. I would like to begin to meet with likeminded people in my area and hopefully learn a few new things!
