Hello everyone. New member, long time forum lurker.

About me, I live and work in south central PA. I'v been fairly successful in the tech industry with an established career. The past few years I have been working on my investment portfolio and knew I wanted to get into real estate investment.

I recently had an offer accepted and close in a few weeks. I used some equity and cash on hand to come to the table without a mortgage. It needs a little work, but would be rentable day 1 if desired. I am probably going to do the BRRRR approach, to maximize equity for the next one.

I'm looking to make some local connections as I start to build out my real estate portfolio. I am open to any pointers you have, you don't know what you don't know, right? I look forward to meeting everyone!
