My name is Brandon Brock. I have been a member for a few weeks but now I am getting around to writing my introduction. I have already found the the pod cast to be very informative and encouraging. I have a little bit of experience in real estate investing new homes. My brother is a builder and we have built a few houses together. I am not sure exactly what direction I would like to go in i.e. flip, buy and hold, or wholesale. I am not seing many repo's around the area were I am from. At the first of the year I plan on taking the prep course to get my real estate licensce. It seems that having your license helps no matter what direction you take. Well I hope to meet allot of people on here and whish everyone a Merry Christmas....
