Virtual or Personal Assistant Roles

Katy Atkinson
Posted

Hi All!

I currently own one LTR property, and looking to expand my portfolio. I work a W2 HR job, but would ideally like to make a transition to becoming a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant in Real Estate investing. I have great experience in several areas (HR, Sales, Administrative) and I’m eager to learn and grow in the industry. What’s the best way to go about finding these roles? I’m having a hard time finding them on standard job boards. Thanks I’m advance!

Quote from @Kyle Spearin:

Hi Katy, I'd recommend networking with real estate investors (on BP), seeing if you can help become a transaction coordinator at a local brokerage by calling/emailing them, or simply connecting people on LinkedIn who fit the profile of people you're looking to service. Good luck!

Thank you for the Advice Kyle! These are great tips and will definitely start using them moving forward. 😊
