Hi, everyone hope you guys are doing well. My name is Jonathan (21), and I'm a new subscriber to the bigger pockets website and excited to start this journey. I have a lot to learn and fail but I am confident that this forum with give me guidance in the right direction. My first goal is to learn wholesaling as it will teach me selling skills or cold calling to generate leads. It will also provide me with some capital so that in the future, I can use that capital to invest in my own multi-family homes. These are big dreams for me, but it all starts one step at a time. So till then, I can't wait to start learning.
