I'm currently an investor with 4 years investment experience. I house hack in NYC and own an STL in South ATL that does pretty well cash flow wise. I just build up cash flow through my LLC for a 2nd STL. I have a great team in ATL that has allowed me to be fairly hands off with my first short term rental. Hey @Natalie Olivo, I work with a company out of Atlanta as well. We primarily do fix-and-flips, and have had a good run of deals in the last 4 months once we opened our doors officially. I’m curious if you have any advice on scaling in this industry? Are you more of a buy-n-hold or do you operate on multiple investment methods?
