I just wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself. My name is Zack and I'm a licensed home inspector in North East Ohio I own Point Man Home Inspection right by the Akron and Cleveland markets. PointManHomeInspection.com Some smaller markets near me are Youngstown and Canton. I've come to find out I'm in a very busy market and over the years have inspected for a lot of investors.

While I'm a home inspector, I also have an interest in investing. I'm not to the point where I've gotten a deal done, but have considered teaming up with another investor and handling the fix side of things. I like the fix and flip/hold side of things or working out some sort of other deal. Especially since I live within some hot markets. There's creative financing, so why not creative real estate investing?
