New Orlando Florida Investor. Lets Connect
Hi! My name is Takesha. I'm an investor that's new to the area, and I wanted to network with a few other investors so I could learn the market. I mainly plan to flip and hold rentals, but I'll also be wholesaling whatever deals that don't work for me or I can't close on. I'd love to hear about your investment journey and I hope I can bring you some value as well.

Welcome on in! The community is always happy to help if you have any questions! Do you have a direction you want to go? Single-Family vs Multi-Family? Short-term vs long-term?
Hi Kesha-
Welcome to the BP community! I'd love to connect, and offer any insight where I can.
Hey! Takesha, welcome!
I am just going to share a quick blurb, is not the template but the essence is to get into action and in a few months or few years you will enjoy your outcome.
My journey started by Dave Ramsey-ing my personal finances and budgeting, once I got that under control and cut out my nonsense spending, I mixed up my mindset and actions with BP (free knowledge) and Grant Cardone 10x Rule, and other books (only audio books) I worked on growing my income in my W2. Where I was a tenant at a SFH, I took care of the home and kept excellent communication with landlord (practicing customer service and care for the product habit building) I then started making ridiculous low offer but fair to the landlord, to practice. And that's when opportunity dropped on me like a bad habit. Closed on first deal $100k profit, life been lovely after that, and do not get it twisted not everyone needs to quit their W2, I am still in it. Bottom line is building your happiness, experience and new you as you please.
Best wishes!
