I have been interested in real estate for years, but I have a low risk tolerance that I am working on....I have let too many things pass by!  time to get real this year!

Low tolerance for risk over all...I grew up in a low income family where practicality and frugality ruled.  I have struggled to pull the trigger on anything but basic mutual funds, etc because it feels like I am putting my family stability at risk.  I have decided this is my year to overcome that risk aversion!
