Hi, my name is Paul Johnson. I'm an Orlando, Florida native and have lived here off and on all of my 57-year young life. I am semi-retired from the fire sprinkler/alarm/security industry and have immersed myself in commercial real estate. While I still have activity in the life-safety business, I am also very involved in leasing and sales of commercial (mostly retail) properties.

My chief aim in this next leg of my career is to acquire, through deal-making and hard work, ownership in income-producing commercial properties. I am very interested in learning more about master leases and other sweat equity strategies. Greatest interest at this time is (I think) 25-50 unit apartment complexes. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you very soon!

All the best,

PJ.
