Hello!

I am a medical professional from Elizabethtown, KY. I am hoping to invest in E-Town, or possibly elsewhere in Central KY under the right circumstances.

I have always tried to live by the old saying “It is wise to learn from experience, but wiser to learn from the experiences of others” and BP seems like a great place to do that! Since I am new to the real estate investment scene, right now I am mostly looking to narrow down an investment strategy. From what I have seen, read, and learned thus far, I believe my end goal is leaning towards rental properties as a means of obtaining financial independence. In the shorter term, I’m considering doing some flips to A) build capital for future rentals and B) put some of what I learned from finishing our basement to use & expand on that knowledge. Definitely open to suggestions from the BP community here!

A fun fact about myself is that my wife and I started an At-Home Cookie Bakery specializing in fancy sugar cookies as our side hustle going on 4 years ago. We love using the opportunity to spend quality time together as well as getting to know our customer base!
