New Investor Introduction

Posted

Hello to all,

My name is Tatiyana. I am a new real estate investor from Florida. I have been reading books, buying real estate investing programs, and perusing real estate forums for the past several months. (Paralysis by analysis with the overabundance of information available.) 2022/2023 is the year I take action and make a better life for myself. With all this knowledge I've become a little overwhelmed and just not sure where to get started. I plan to be an out of state investor and would like to start with TX & AL.

Niches - single family & multifamily (2-4 units).

Investment strategy - buy & hold for 5-10 years.

I'm looking for assets that are Class A & B.

Finance Deals - Hard Money Lenders (DCSR loans)

Price Point - $350k or less

I look forward to continuing my learning with the other members here and building my real estate power team.

Best Regards,

Tatiyana
