Hi from florida

Hi I am Afsheen from Florida. I am a Advisor/Professor at a Community college ....luv my job but knew it began with that there is never enough money it. For the money part I have been really interested in the Real Estate Investement business but dont know anything about it. I was searching for some books when I came across this forum. I read some of the threads and found it very helpful. So I hope to learn alot from here. My first thought was to try to "flip" a place but w/my knowledge or real estate dont know if that is so realistic. I would appreaciate any help on getting started....any ideas r welcomed.
