Hello BP! I am Chris and I live in Holden MA which is the next town over from Worcester Massachusetts.

I bought my first investment property in 2006, a townhouse triplex. While we probably overpaid at the time, it is cash-flowing. We lived in one unit for 6.5 years (a lot longer then we thought.) When we had a baby we decided we needed space, but we were looking for a deal.

We bought a Homepath Renovation house in April of 2013. We thought it was a great deal and jumped on it offering 1k over asking. We bought it for 161k, put 16k into it and it is probably worth about 225k.

I am currently gearing up for more investments. I currently work from home doing software testing and watch our 3 yr. old son. I have been buying and selling my whole. I would like to make real estate my career very soon.
