Newbie BP Member from the Bay Area

Hello All! I'm thrilled to learn more and meet new people in the BP community! Seems like a stand up group we got here! I'm from the Bay Area in Northern California. My business partner/best friend @Chris Music and I started our Real Estate investing business last year and have done a successful wholesale deal and currently wrapping up our first successful flip. We are seeking more deals in the Bay Area to either flip or wholesale. Our ultimate goal is to build enough capital to own rentals, but for now, flipping is a lot of fun. I studied Interior Design in college and decided to start a Home Staging business back in 2003, so you can imagine how much fun I had designing our flip and staging it to put on the market. In addition to investing and Home Staging, I am in the midst of studying for my Real Estate license so I can find our own deals and learn more about the core of buying and selling and all the rules and regulation. I want to learn and grow as much as I can in this industry.

Out of the 42 BP podcasts, I've listened to about 20 and I intend to listen to them all. @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner are hilarious and really do a great job hosting together! I appreciate all the info from each one of the guest speakers. I look forward to gaining a ton of knowledge from you all and hopefully meet with some investors in my area.
