Hi BP!

As a UF Gator grad, I've always loved Gainesville and have decided to make it my residence for the last two years. In fact, this is where I bought my first house! I'm currently house hacking and have recently been given the final push I needed to truly start pursuing more investments so that I can be financially independent. Bigger Pockets was a big part of that push, as well as some other podcasts and the books that I've been reading.

Since there's no shortage of tenants to be found here, I figured I'd get a head start on buying some rental properties. I'm currently trying to get my next one and would love to connect with anyone who's going through the same thing, whether here or elsewhere! If you have any advice on this kind of market, I would love to hear it!
