Hey everyone! My name is Matt English and I am a dually licensed Residential Broker at eXp Realty & Certified Residential Appraiser at TrueFootage here in Denver, Colorado. I have been a huge fan of BP for years now and am proud to announce that I am one of the newest featured agents here at BiggerPockets for the Denver Metro area. I wanted to take a quick second to introduce myself and speak a little to my business in hopes that I can provide value to anyone out there reading this. 

If you were to ask someone how many sides to a coin there are, "two" would likely be the response that you would receive. I would argue that there is actually a third side - the edge of the coin -  and that is where my business and specialty lies. I am active in both spaces and which has given me a unique and rare perspective into both sides of the market with respect to how buyers & sellers are participating in addition to how appraisers & banks are valuating properties. In short, my job is to help you make sense of your numbers and to help you anticipate where the market is headed. 

My business has primarily been focused on helping fix & flippers and buyer an hold investors find off market deals, running their current/future state numbers/projections, and listing the property for them on the back end. We truly operate as a one-stop-shop for most investors (and is something that we're very proud of!). I am also an active investor myself with properties here in Colorado as well as in North Georgia in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
