Hi everyone!

My name is River Sava, and I am a rising senior at Virginia Tech. I am on the pre-law track with concentrations in science, technology, and law and philosophy, politics, and economics. I am planning on going to law school after I graduate, but I have a passion for real estate that I am exploring with my summer internship at Easy Street Capital (ESC).

I am primarily focusing on STRs, LTRs, and BRRRs right now. I am quickly seeing there is so much to learn within the real estate realm and would love any and all advice as a beginner in this industry. I am planning on owning at least one STR by the time I enter law school and capitalize on the cashflow it can generate from an early age.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys. Feel free to reach out, always open to learning more about why you chose this industry and the ins and outs.
