Contractor and investor introduction

Hi,

I am a contractor in Florida and expanding business to Knoxville. We primarily build luxury ICF homes. Planning to set up local fund for investors. Also, looking at short-term rental, long-term rental, and room rental markets. We operate a housing cooperative as a hybrid between home ownership and rentals. We are starting this in Knoxville and looking to scale to other markets.  Happy to connect with others!

Thanks,

David Stanley
