Contractor and investor introduction

Hi,

I am a contractor and build higher end spec and custom homes in Tampa, Florida market. Also looking now into build to rent. Completing my first Airbnb in the next few months and interested in additional short term opportunities as well as room rentals. Considering setting up a fund for luxury spec homes. We build only ICF (insulated concrete form) construction, which is well suited for the luxury market or net-zero high performance homes. Think of luxury cars… we are building Ferrari engines where most competitors are building Chevrolet or Ford and selling at Ferrari price point. While there is margin in low cost and high price model, we are considering long term performance and brand satisfaction as the price differential is not significant, but the performance is. Please let me know if anyone interested in learning more. I am looking for future investors for individual builds as well as partners.

Thanks

David Stanley

Hey David,

My company is working with two large developers in the build to rent space. If you are interested, please reach out. A lot of the opportunities we are seeing are out in Citrus County along the new exits off of the Suncoast.
