Hello everyone - I'm excited to start digging into the forums and begin my REI journey!

A little about me - bay area native, currently transplanted to LA, and an accountant by trade. Looking to get into the Knoxville, TN market since my family has roots there. 

What I'd love to get out of BiggerPockets is that first home and how to scale over 5-10 years.

Fun fact - If I could make big money being a Disneyland VIP tour guide... I probably could've gone with that business as a side hustle... but don't think it'll be as lucrative. :)
