Good day BP!

My name is Anthony. Originally from the east bay of California. I joined the military in 2008 and have lived in middle Georgia since early 2009. I made my first real estate purchase in 2011 of a brand new single family detached and have been pretty fortunate thus far. I've always had a roommate or tenant since I've owned the house to supplement my income as the government...well, it's the government and I don't hold a seat in congress. I'm currently deployed for a year and am hard at work studying different economies and investment strategies to work on purchasing my first multi-family unit when I return. I've got an active 1-year lease on the home that I own.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can from any and all resources and networks I can come in contact with. I look forward to expanding my knowledge with BP and meeting some awesome people with the same mindset!
