Hi all,

My name is Gabriel Crouch. I've been doing RE for 14 years. I started out as an agent in Birmingham, AL and did several flips there. Now a Broker, I've been in L.A. for the past 4 years, and work doing design / project management / brokerage for investors here.

My short term goal in RE is to get off the ground myself- begin again here doing the investments myself; ie flips, buy-and-holds, and a property for myself. I'd prefer to distance myself from the sales side of it and purely invest.

My longer term goal is to be profitable and self-sustaining purely through rental income, enabling me to be active as well in development for profit. This, in turn, could also help me be active in the development of philanthropic low-income housing in Los Angeles and abroad.

In literal terms, I'd love have a paid-for house on the canals (of Venice, CA), a German Shepherd, a surfboard to head down to MB, and give back to the Venice community while living there. I'd like to do responsible development along the coastal areas, and have diversified rentals across Los Angeles and beyond.

I look forward to meeting all of you, and I hope this begins a great symbiosis. Thanks for reading!
