Single Family Investor Looking for Work

Hello all,

I am a buy and hold investor with several single family rentals in the Midwest. I have managed the properties myself since we made our first purchase back in 2013. I have also done extensive renovations and repairs.

My wife and I moved to Portland, OR a couple years ago and I have been missing the hands on aspects of real estate. And so I thought I would reach out to the BP community in my area.

At this time, I am not really looking for a buying opportunity or anything like that. I am looking for work, full-time or part-time. I am really not too particular about the type of work I would be doing. I'd be open to working for a property management company, doing rehabs with a flipper... really just want an opportunity to make decent money working with good people and developing my knowledge and skills in the realm of real estate. If you or someone you know are looking for an experienced real estate investor with a good work ethic, please reach out to me. I would love to hear from you! And I will be happy to email you my cover letter and resume.

Warm regards,

Andrew Rothermich
