Looking to network with Real Estate Professionals HPT Roads

Hello, my name is Brittany, and I am a new investor here in the Hampton Roads area. I am looking to network with individuals who are also in this area, that are actively investing or getting started like myself (wholesaling, buy and hold, creative financing, etc.) I am also looking to networking with agents in the area, to see how we can be of service to one another. Currently, my main focus is wholesaling, so I am actively driving for dollars and working on sending out direct mail campaigns to targeted lists. I would love to meet up with individuals who are open to doing role play scripts for seller calls, and practicing running comps.
