Hey everyone! I'm Clayton, a licensed agent with KW out of Dallas, Texas. Fairly new to the agent space but I've joined a small high producing team here that I'm excited to get to work alongside. Prior to joining this team, I was working in the apartment locating business as a licensed agent for Smart City locating, so if anyone ever has leasing/apartment questions, feel free to reach out. I'm looking to get into the STR space here in the next 2-3 months, in the process of narrowing a market down and continuing to learn about processes and best practices so I can acquire my first. I am very excited to get to learn from tons of knowledgeable people on this site and soak up all of the information. I've read Avery Carl's book "Short Term Rental Long Term Wealth" and am in the process of listening to her podcast (about 50 episodes in) as well as the Bigger Pockets podcast. Love getting to learn about something that has the capability of changing people's lives and building generational wealth.

On a personal note, I coach women's club volleyball at a high level and have for 9 years now. I enjoy playing myself and traveling to play in outdoor tournaments (Chicago, Milwaukee/Oshkosh, Bowling Green, you name it). I'm engaged and getting married this June. Excited to get to connect with some of you and be a part of such a great community!
