Hello!

My name is Andy Boodhoo & I'm a Realtor here in Indy with Ferris Property Group. I've lived in Indy since 2019 and just got my license back in November. As I learn the ins & outs of the brand new world I'd take any advice I'd get. While I do love serving the fine folks of the Indianapolis area in finding their next home my ultimate goal in real estate is to break into the investing side and own a few rentals of my own. I'm originally from Miami, FL - where the real estate market is truly a mind-blowing place, and only getting more expensive so I figured Indianapolis, for many reasons would be a better place to start my real estate investment journey. Looking forward to hopefully making some new friends!
