First timer looking for rentals , Pittsburgh

Hi my name is Jeremy Leasure from McDonald PA. My wife an i have been talking about getting rental properties for a few years and finally have a decent down payment for our first property. We are looking for a 3 br 1-2 bath house to rent in a decent neighborhood.

Just wanted to check in an introduce myself. I would love to meet anyone from the area here. Or if you have some first timer advice for me, that would be great. Im obviously going through all the material that I can on the site to soak in as much as i can.

Looking forward to being an active member of this forum as ive already listened to some podcast which were awesome, so the site has to be too, right?
