I hope this finds all BP members well today. Very excited to be here on BP. I have been listening to the podcast and looking at a number of post and I realize its time to ENGAGE. About me: Father of four, Honorably discharged Marine, former city bus driver and have spent the last 15 years in many facets of construction and maintenance. I have recently discovered a love for Astronomy and science.

I am moving to the Richmond VA area within the next 30- 45 days (tying up loose ends). My plan is to start Investing in Richmond VA. My first purchase will be a multi family (at least a duplex) where I will live also. I plan to follow a buy and hold strategy to amass enough passive income through real estate to support myself and my family.I will also use my experience and contacts open in house construction and property management companies to service my properties.

I welcome contact from all members in all markets and all sectors for advice encouragement, or anything positive I can use and pass on to the next person I encounter on this journey. I plan to travel between NY and VA so I plan to stay abreast of both markets.

And last but not least I'd like to personally thank Josh and Brandon for this site. I have loaded all your podcast on my phone and listen to at least four episodes a day. They have been a great teaching tool. I'm on my way.
