Hey BP fam I am a new investor looking for my first investment property. I live in Philadelphia but am watching fixer upper prices climb rapidly in my city. Baltimore is right in our backyard I am willing to invest there as well. Anyone in the area in either city feel free to reach out or point me in the right direction to find a good deal.
