Hi everyone,

My name is Jeff and I'm excited to be taking my first step beyond analysis paralysis by getting into the Bigger Pockets forums to learn and network. I'm a physician based in California. I'm very privileged to make a good income but between taxes and high CoL it doesn't always feel like much is left over. My fiancee is an undervalued employee of a construction company and we're looking at getting into real estate investing as a way to free up our current need to convert time for money and to enable her to transition out of her career.

The market I am in is very competitive and high priced so I am looking to begin investing in Tucson AZ. I'd love to see if anyone has any experience in that market. Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Best, Jeff
