New Swedish investor!

Posted

Hello guys, My name is Fabian Habib Panah, 21 years old from Sweden Uppsala (70 kilometers north of Stockholm). I work for one of the bigger banks in Sweden as a banker which made me realise that i do not want to chase the everyday 9-5 rat race anymore. Im new to Biggerpockets soaking as much information as possible trying to get in to the real estate world with the ambition of buying my first buy and hold rental property 2022 in Sweden.

Im really hungry for information and starting my journey of becoming financially free. So giving me tips on where i should search for information would be appreciated since there is a ton of informations out there. I really want to get into the depths of calculating good deals on properties without using the BiggerPockets calculator since it is not so applicable on Swedish properties.

So i would really want to know from some of you guys how much of the information on BiggerPockets is applicable on Europe/Scandinavia/Sweden, maybe some of my European neighbours have som insight on that question? Since Europe/Sweden being a really different market i don't know what information is relevant and irrelevant.

If you are from Scandinavia/Sweden seeing this please send me a message!

Really looking forward to joining the community and learning more about real estate!! :)
