Good Morning everyone! I'm new to bigger pockets and investing, but have had an interest in real estate for years. Currently working on getting my real estate license and planning on flipping a house to donate to a veteran through Wounded Warriors and/or Homeless Vets here in Panama City, FL. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you guys have to offer, also willing to help others anyway I can. 2022 is the year of dominating goals and changes!
