College Senior, what is my path?

Currently I am a senior in college on track to graduate with my Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration; however, I have two years of eligibility to play golf and get any kind of graduate school paid for completely. The things that I am struggling with are going to grad school and getting an MBA, turning professional and trying to make it to the PGA Tour, or giving up my last two years and starting my career in real estate. My dream has always been to run my own company that specializes in buying rental properties, flipping these properties, and then selling them (similar to the BRRR strategy) that I just read about in my brother's book). I need advice on what my next step should be or what it should look like. If I stay in school, do I get an MBA? What schools offer MBA's with real estate emphasis? Is there a different degree that I should consider for my last two years? My entire life real estate has caught my eye because it gives me a way to help people find places to live and I know that whatever I do I want to help people. I need advice from any of you guys and I am willing to listen so I invite anyone and everyone to give me any advice they have, thank you.
