New to it all...in Knob Noster, MO

Hello Everyone,

I am in the learning phases of Real Estate. My plans are pretty clear, I am wanting to make Commercial (Multifamily) Real Estate Development my main career over the next 3 years.

My initial goal is two phased, personally I want to purchase a small multi-family unit. It'll have to be some creative financing because we've been beat-up over the years from being in the financial industry during the collapse, and have been trying to repair since. Not a proud situation to say the least!

My professional goal is to begin a full feasibility study on a non-profit very low to low rural work/income based multifamily housing development in the Warrensburg/Knob Noster, MO area. I have never done one so any help in either goal would be much appreciated.

As for me I want to help others succeed in their respective goals and passions as well, and if you feel that I may know someone/something or if my cleaning company can do work for you please let me know.
